Holding a grudge
by SomebodyElse

How long can / should you hold a grudge against someone?

Christians and a few other faiths have been holding a grudge against Adam and Eve (you know Genesis from the Bibo) for about 6000 years now (well 2000 for christians, but still). All because they got themselves kicked out of the garden of eden.

I've been thinking that it is time for them to grow up already and get over it.

If the wedding invitation doesn't specifically exclude the new wife (i.e. you are invited but leave your wife at home), then she should go. If it does exclude her, then neither of them should go. And if the "adult" daughter gets upset that Dad isn't at her wedding, tough cookies. A little disappointment will lead to a better life.
