I would say you may want to look in Dubai. That's where the traitor Dick Cheney is moving to after he gets out of office.

But on the bright side, that may be a good thing! If he is not in the United States, one of the uppity European nations that has sputtered on and on about the Geneva Convention and torture just might take it upon themselves to "spirit away" Mr. Cheney to a court in one of those nations. Now that would be interesting indeed.
