Actually, this post was meant to be a reply to an extensive post about the hygenics question, so I only meant to add a couple of points to what was already written. Check it out, for the rest of the story on this end.

What I would ponder, is when will we have bathroom access for the public--so that everyone will have the ability to clean up and be hygenic, whether or not they have a dollar for a coke and the right to pee, unharrassed as restaurants often do people who are not customers.

I don't know how well it works, or what makes it work best--but I hear that in some countries, every little town has a women's lounge, for bathrooming, rest and baby-changing.
