If their reasoning for Executive Privilege was real then Clinton's BJ and subsequent impeachment try should have been Executive Privilege. We just missed being a Communist Country under Bush and Cheney's rule. A one party system would have created the 60's and 70's all over again but this time he would have to use the all volunteer military to protect his rule. I am glad it is only something to think about and not live through all over again.
