I believe that the person who gives birth is the mother of a child. You can change the birth certificate, you can make everyone play your 'name game', you can manipulate anything else you want but the person who gives birth knows that she (not HE) is the person who lived with this human being inside her body for 9 months. It has an impact on your life. The fact that lesbians try to fool the world and themselves by erasing that distinction somehow is simply another bit of evidence of their strange and distorted vision of life. What is so surprising beyond this action (insisting that two women are exactly equal when one in fact carried a child and the other didn't) is the tendency to split up roles in partnerships into the macho lesbian and the femme lesbian, creating distinctions out of thin air practically. Could there be anything stranger than this? It's bizarre. The children who land in the midst of this will experience that too.
