Re: I have a right
by marcparis
degsme:

I have a right to contract with whomever I want. And I have a right to take for granted their contractual assertions about citizenship.

Furthermore, any law that limits MY ability to contract my services without a Constitutional basis for that law, is Unconstitutional.

What is the basis for demanding that I, a born citizen, have to show any sort of ID to engage in contracting? Show me where in the Constitution THE GOVERNMENT derives that power.

You said the same thing seven pages ago. It doesn't make your argu(e)ment more cogent to repeat it. It just makes you sound hysterical, as hysterical as the 'why does my cabana boy speak Spanish!!!' racists we probably both deplore.

The best way to have a non racist policy regarding illegal immigration is to target the real illegals: those who employ illegal aliens. Why do you insist on defending the business interests against the dignity of workers?

Because you're kind of nuts. Or a troll.
