I guess if you live in a Muslim country, one should leave that country.

Right. Because it's so easy to just pick up and walk away from everything you know and understand, especially when you're a dependent woman and don't know who to rely on outside of a society that will condone your beating or honor killing by your/your husband's family.

At the very least, you'd be estranging yourself from your family and culture, which is a daunting prospect no matter how miserable living with your family and culture may be.
