But one thing I do know from history - how we became a great nation was no mystery:

We committed genocide on 30 million native Americans and took their land -
renamed them Mexicans and now their banned.

We enslaved 20 million Africans and made them work for free
And in record time built a 1st world economy.

In Iraq, the wrong methodology did we take? Perhaps we should have drank Sadaam's milkshake...

Even so, he was one of us, on our side. Bush the first put him in charge - Rumsfeld deputized.

He killed a few of his own people - what country doesn't kill its own over the years?
Mao holds the record and we are up to our necks in loans to him and currently in arrears...

After all, we have killed more Iraq's now than Sadaam ever did...

We'll blame the Sunni's - to Saudi Arabia they can go....
With the Ayatollah's we'll make some conciliatory accord

And we can go back to driving SUV's we can't afford.
