I used to get "caught" all the damn time. Like Biull Engvall, I have a hard time passing up the opportunity to say, "Here's your sign". The idiot officer who say's, "If it moves you salute it and if it doesn't you paint it" before handing me a brush, a tape measure and a bucket of paint had better to expect parked cars painted - to a height of exactly 3'4" - when he comes to inspect the job. Most of the trouble I have had in life has been the direct result of this intemperate attitude...
