The average donor to his campaign is less then $100, but when you have millions of people donating it adds up fast, and they can keep donating month after month until they reach the cap. If you have 1,000,000 people donating $10 each you get $10,000,000.00. It is math not terrorism. And the bundled donaions have been looked at.
