Nope - because even if you stopped all illegal immigration tomorrow drug smuggling and the murder and crime associated with it would continue unabated. So you cannot count those crimes towards the "problem" of undocumented residents.

And last I checked, someone who had not been convicted of something was not "illegal" anything. Or have we also gotten rid of "innocent until proven guilty"?
