So glad that degsme has excluded all naturalized citizens from the rights of citizenship. Since you can't be bothered to write "natural born citizen", why not just write citizen?

And don't residents have the right to contract? You're kind of screwed up...

And thank you for recognizing that the federal government can impose requirements on labor contracts.

And since I'm going to presume that hiring illegal workers is already a criminal act, or could (should) easily be made one, just how are employers going to demonstrate that any given employee is not illegal?

As you say, the employer may contract freely: he is thus certainly free to require proof of legal residence from his potential employees... It would certainly save him a lot of trouble
