Its simple, if you are an employer do not knowingly hire illegal immigrants. You do not have a Constitutional right to hire people who are in this country illegally.

Just as someone who is caught with drugs in his car loses his car then someone who has knowingly put illegal aliens into his company should lose his company.

Personally I think such confiscation is wrong but as long as we are doing it to the average Joe we might as well do it to the owners of capital.
