So you don't see your own immediate oxymoronic statement?
I couldn't care less if I speak their language or not. I am concerned with the fact that they are here illegally. They demand that we teach their children in their native language
So its not about language because its about language???!!! Come on get serious.
BTW, it is not undocumented residents who demand that education and government services be provided in the language of the recipient. It is the consequence of the US Constitution applying to all "persons" and that includes LEGAL immigrants who's language skills are limited or non-existant.
I was born in NYC - but I did not begin to learn english until I was 4 or so. Show me where in the US Constitution, The Government gets a right to discriminate against me simply because I speak a different language?
When they riot, march and demand "rights" that most U.S. citizens can't qualify for, that pisses me off and that is why I am all for total deportation
And what "rights" would that be? Since they pay all the taxes "documented residents" do (income, property and sales), what rights are they demanding that citizens don't get?.
This is not even mentioning the fact that 33% of the prisoners in just California State Prisons, are undocumented immigrants and we are supporting them as well
First off, that's not an accurate number. That's a cooked number because it includes the average population of immigration holding facilities. Secondly those are largely drug importation crimes. And even if you eliminated ALL undocumented residents, you would have the same level of drug importation crimes since drug smuggling is driven by the demand for drugs, not by any rate of undocumented migration.
So please get your data right.
While we are at it I believe that those here on "Student Visas" should be monitored and when their attendance and or grades fall below a certain minimum level (without justifiable reason) then their Visas should be revoked
This is already being done and in fact has been done for over a decade. The fact that you don't know this is indicative of your ignorance of the facts in the situation.
No long costly appeals, just quick simple justice, in this case sending the undocumented immigrants back home
So how do you distinguish between a legal citizen that doesn't have documentation (no one is required to have documentation and the US Government cannot compell it) and an undocumented resident without having Due Process as guaranteed by the US Constitution?
That's the key, since US Citizens have a lot of freedom, The Government cannot unilaterally decide someone is "illegal" because the US Constitution doesn't give The Government that power for very very good reasons.
It has to stop some where and quick and total deportation is the best place to start that I know of.
Well since you have demonstrated an ignorance of the relevant facts, why should we place any value on what you "know of" or don't? And what even is your basis for insisting that "it has to stop some where"? What is the FACTUAL basis for that assertion?
