Bill Clinton could hardly be called a religious man yet under his leadership we had relative peace and prosperity in this nation.

Under Bush, a supposedly seriously religious person, we get a war which has killed thousands and an economy which is anything but reliable for a job, high gas prices, and oh by the way, you must turn to the FBI (Faith Based Initiative) if you need help because funding for non religious aid organizations has been all but wiped out (how Christian).

I have seen far more christian behavior and attitude from those who are supposedly not christian than I have from the right, who seem determined to have a gun in every home, a death penalty for everything, and a reason to go to war on a guess. And dont even ask about forgiveness-they are the most unforgiving people in the world.

Religion is like politics. The more someone says they are religious, the more you should be concerned about their state of mind and the actions they will persue if you give them power.
