Between you and J.Madison. this thread has gotten completely derailed. You both need to consider that not everyone who references the Bible is allied with predicto.

Let's try again. I reject predicto's philosophy:

"Yes. Some lives are worth more than others. Ours are worth more than theirs. That's why we have police and armed forces. Very little murder going on in the Name of Jesus unless it is Jesus Freaks being killed. The killers are sec-humes (commies/marxists/socialists) and pagans (Moslems, tribals). Christians are the ones rescuing people. And it is rather bigoted. We should lookout for ourselves and let the pigs drown in their own swine muck."

The point I was trying to make was that Jesus in fact told us to do quite the opposite.

Maybe I should have used some other verse to make my point. So as not to offend J.Madison and others who might reflexively refuse to look up and read a verse, I will paraphrase. Jesus once criticized disciples, saying that they had ignored Him when He was hungry, thirsty, naked, wrongfully imprisoned, distraught. They of course asked when had they ever done such a thing. Jesus said that whenever you mistreat another human being, you mistreat Him. I don't think predicto's general philosophy is in line with that.
