It is not hers by "divine right"--it is hers because she *deserves it.* She is *better.* She also didn't *lose.* She won. Why would I support voting for a candidate who didn't win and who I don't think would be any better for America than McCain? Add in the blatant misogyny apparent in this board, in other conversations, and in the press, and you bet your ass I won't support this.

You can try to rationalize it all you want (and I can clearly see you're working very hard to do that), but just know that, by rationalizing this debacle, you're lowering yourself to depths that maybe even you weren't aware that you could reach. I'm assuming that, at some point, you considered yourself a logical, rational human being who valued fairness and justice. So...what happened? Self-interest take over? Or are you just that prejudiced?
