Re: Yes, Virginia voted for Obama.

oxboggle,

How I made what mistake exactly?

My opinions of the candidates haven't changed at all due to these campaigns, just like my opinion of Bush hadn't changed at all when he successfully ran for President. I knew who I liked and I knew who I did not. I was right about that one. I feel just as right about this one. Clinton is the President I want right now, not Obama. The campaign snafus, to me, mean absolutely nada in terms of actually assuming the office of President.

Clinton's basic platform approach, her statements on foreign policy, her domestic goals, her personality traits--all of it, to me, screams, "I would make an excellent Commander in Chief!" Obama, unfortunately, does not. He seems too green--he runs a good campaign, he has a strong message, he knows how to work a crowd. But when it comes to being President (like, having the job), there hasn't been anything about him that has stood out...nothing that has shown to me that he will be effective, if not idealistic and foolhardy.

Sorry, nothing matters. None of this primary garbage matters. Clinton is so obviously better suited for this job that it's ridiculous. I can see why she stays in and why her supporters are so unwaivering--the fact that she won't get this job, the job she is obviously so perfect for, seems almost unconscionable. The fact that this job should go to Barack Obama over Clinton seems utterly surreal.
