Women as young as 14 were married and had children that were years old. That is abuse, you cannot have sex with minors that is considered abuse. I will agree with you that everything the gov't did to prove that the FLDS was breaking the law, was based on faulty legal ground, spitting on the constitution, and most of all, the faulty logic that because one person or even multiple peopele were abused that they all were. The gov't will likely lose this case if the judge has a conscience for rights at all.
