randommike, I believe that the CPS if it was really well meaning would have allowed children to remain with the females in the clan. They would have made sure to have reasonable evidence of child abuse before invading, A prank call does not fall under the 'good faith' argument because they should have traced it to figure out where she was. I almost feel as if the CPS used the call as a front, it seems like a bizzare prank call to make.
