As I wrote elsewhere---1. The U.S. owes China money, is it up to us to provide additional funds? China is the lender, we are the debtor. Get it? 2. Burma (: will not use the funds in an appropriate fashion, will not give the U.S. and credit and will not allow the funds to go where they should. If repression is so important, let the people show us they want the help.
