Well I was going off your concession that the fetus was considered a human being. Admittedly a hypothetical at this point but you are only upset because you thought you were right even when considering the fetus as human. Your teleportation and ownership of plancental tissue arguments were very entertianing. At least my arguments in the scenario of the fetus being a human individual would have been far for sensible before any court or jury.
The very fact that the court set up parameters by which abortion can be regulated speaks directly to judicial activism. It would be like judges setting up their own sentencing guidelines usurping any that a legislature might impose.
