Yes - this has been litigated.
When you say things like this I think you are really going for the absurd. Because the litigation was for stores that in fact carried RU486 that had the odd pharmacist who would not dispense the drug for conscientious objector reasons.
The state can't force a store owner to carry merchandise they don't wish to carry.
