and are you presuming that all homosexuals perform anal sex? if so, then why should lesbians - who rarely choose that method of gratification - not be allowed to marry?

also, in your analysis of the history of mankind over the past 5 millennia, have you realized that many different permutations of marital systems have existed - some still do - and are you aware that marriage - exclusive of biblical references - was purely a civil contract originally, and that purely religious "marriages" are not legal in this country, but must be sanctioned civilly?
