Oh, right, in TEXAS! I wish we'd define Texas as not a state, honestly.

There was time when some states, even the constitution defined black people as 2/3 of a person for representation purposes. That wasn't correct, or right, and has been rectified.

I really don't understand why these things make people all crazy. Why do they care? I don't care who gets married, as long as they aren't so young or so handicapped that they can't make a rational choice. Otherwise, who the hell cares? It's not my business, or the business of the country I believe in (except when it's run by Republicans, I guess) to be in the business of taking rights away (bye bye habeas corpus...it was nice to know you).
