probably had Obama in mind and maybe Clinton too and maybe Pelosi and Reid and so many others.

One thing though.

Whereas I am no fan of Bush I must say that he has been mentioned by name again and again and again by Obama among others while he has been polite enough not to return that rather rude favor.
