of sunlight, too. There is enough that shines on the Southwest of the United States alone to provide all the daily energy needs of this nation.

Just to keep things in perspective. I expect to live to see the day when I drive to work and plug my hybrid into the parking-lot solar collectors which will recharge my battery enough for the next round trip.
