You keep repeating this, so I'm going to keep repeating why you're wrong.

The federal constitution enumerates the powers of the federal government.That has nothing to do with what states are empowered to do.

The constitution does grant us certain rights that not even the states can violate. But that does not mean that the states can only do what the federal government is empowered to do. You keep making the mistake of conflating the two when it is convenient for your argument.
