Just to sit on the bench and get paid off by you self rightous conservatives that think the world should revolve about you and what you want......Sorry dude, but you might need to touch up on what a democratic society REALLY means......

A judge's job is to interpret and apply the law to individual cases. It is not his job to unilaterally decide it a law is right or wrong, just or unjust. If a law is unconstitutional, of course he should overturn it. But just declaring it to be unconstitutional because he happens to wish the constitution said something on a particular topic is not his right.
