I have a one year old and a school ager. Three times a week in the nursery at the Y is not a problem. She'll start socializing with the other kids, and that will help with potty training ("I want big girl pants like Melissa"). Better to exercise and be healthy than to have the problems of not being healthy.

I feel for Isomist. My brother died young and did not leave kids. My mother still mourns a little, ten years later. Holding these babies did seem to help.
