It is surely wrong to call McCain "McCoward" or McTraitor (which I have never done). McSame is in a different category in that it describes McCain as someone who will continue Bush's policies, which is not an insult per se, but rather a description of what one expects -- rightly or wrongly -- McCain will do in office. It certainly doesn't reflect on McCain PERSONALLY, in that it deals with what he stands for, rather than what he IS. Nigger, of course, has nothing at all to do with ANYTHING Obama stands for, and only what he is. It's a highly offensive, personal attack. And if you really say it in open conversation, I have a pretty good idea of the company you must keep.
