What the fuck, Chuck? Is this goddamned post ever going to die? This topic has attracted a swarm of imbecilic, brain-dead, West Virginia-bred morons like skeeters to a puddle of fresh blood.
I don't know what's worse: the defense of the actions of the abusive (yes, dickbrain, read it: abusive) party mentioned in the letter, or the avoidance or bizarre interpretation of the impossible-to-miss references in the letter to detention and threat during questioning.
Reality14 - with all due respect...are you completely fucking retarded? Did you read the letter? Is it, in your view, an acceptable activity to physically restrain and detain a woman (or anyone, for that matter) and grill her about ex-boyfriends, or do your language comprehension skills stop short of understanding what was written? The letter has nothing to do with her past, you dribble-sotted fuckwit. It has to do with the boyfriends' treatment of her while looking into it. Do you get it, Special Bus?
Given I believe these letters are not-too-clever fakery created by the Slate staff for entertainment purposes, the letter in question is all the more completely immaterial. Unless your response is similarly spoofed by Slate to get a rise from the Fray, I'd say you are at least moderately unscrewed. Go take your Lithium, psycho.
