It's absurd to argue that when whites vote on the basis of skin color that's racist, but when blacks vote for skin color that's a vote of "affirmation." I say horsefeathers. Anytime anyone votes on the basis of skin color, gender or, as in the case of Cathoilcs for JFK, religion, it's just another kind of bigotry which we don't need and shouldn't enable in this country anymore.
