The problem is the 'values' which you describe as human rights are NOT addressing the entire reality of social relations, let alone human society.

For example, in a family, the husband must spend all of his resources on the family. The wife is not required to spend any of her resources for the family, instead spending them on herself if she so chose. From the 'value' of equality, this is unfair. The woman should be required to spend all of her resources for the family too. By this time, the entire system is being deconstructed to suit the social engineering crusades of people who are not even Muslim.

I agree that women are oppressed in the Muslim world. But deconstructing the Muslim world to resemble Western society has been attempted many times and has failed.

The solution for Muslims is to accurately construct a society according to the system and concepts which the Prophet (saaw) established.
