Which was the only point i was trying to make. I wasn't trivializing the effects of our environment on our personalities, as jwschmidt inferred. I was just saying that some people have the effort and will despite their communities, so it is not solely their environment which shapes them. Percentage wise, such people are probably few. But they still exist.
