Everyone knows that? Funny, I didn't get the memo. Neither did a whole lot of superdelegates, people who live and breathe politics.
Clinton started this race with every advantage, and she let them slip through her fingers. Obama started as the underdog and clawed his way up. He has demonstrated, not just excellent organizational skills and oratory, but an astonishing capacity to learn from his own and others' mistakes.
Meanwhile, he's gone very, very easy on Clinton, much easier than the Republicans would have done. The Clintons have a wealth of scandals for the Republicans to rake up. There are the old scandals from the Clinton presidency, to rally Republican stalwarts. And there are the new scandals from the last eight years, to worry independent voters. See for example this one:

As for Pennsylvania et al., the outcome of a Democratic primary says virtually nothing about how the general election will turn out.
