Sorry I confused E-6 with the Intruder which is an A-6, right? Anyhow my point was, this whole thing has been, and still is to some extent, mismanaged from the get go by a bunch of rich boys in grownups jobs, who just thought it would be really neato to play war!!! As I am about to go on my 3rd field trip, 2nd in the last 5 years I reflect back often to the advice given to W and Co. about the amount of manpower needed to do the job properly. I suspect the current CDR of the ground forces still feels his hands are tied by the politicians and thus cant get the needed manpower either. I guess we wont know for sure until he retires and feels he can speek freely, of course by then it will be too late for lots of American soldiers and their familys.
