The writer is fixating on the use of the word hysterical. Personally, I think its use is a poor word choice, mostly because it is mostly used in the same tone that critics might dismissively say a person is "just crazy".

However, the fact that the word has a feminine entymology doesn't prove as much as the writer thinks it does, and it certainly should not be used as a distractor from all of Clinton's other negative qualities.

So, in the interest of fairness, let me suggest a list of gender-neutral, yet accurate, adjectives for Hillary Clinton.... arrogant, abrasive, devious, vindictive, venomous, hostile, self-aggrandizing, obnoxious, artificial, and finally... unelectable.
