I'm a bit late to this discussion, but yes, it does appear that Clinton won by nine points in PA. But as several readers have noted, the individual margins round to 45 and 55. Since the delegate calculator does not use decimals, we're stuck with a ten-point margin. While it's undesirable, we think this is preferable to arbitrarily rounding Clinton down.
