Wow, these are some of the lamest strawmen I've seen set up in a while. You idiots keep dancing around the issue; equal pay for equal work. We're not talking why a male fisherman makes more than a female secretary, but the legality of a male manager getting paid more than a female manager, if their productivity is the same. I guess you don't understand that the concern is that the pay differential hinges on one variable--gender. In other words, if you factor in differences (regardless of gender) in sick days, etc., there might still be a pay gap due to gender, and that is why it should be legal to sue. Oh, and next time, try citing some data. There is a big difference between opinion and verifiable facts.
