I want to respond to your post, and hope I can get a positive and ledgable message out, that will be heard and not taken wrong for any reason to benefit me or anyone person but to help by letting people know from my experience and knowledge what I have witnessed and experienced personally, without saying if its right or wrong. i do know how i feel about it, and maybe I wont be alone, maybe what Im feeling upheld to make people aware of, is something that I was meant to with purpose and can change another ones experience. First of all let me say that I had been dealing with wondering how to get it out there. And i get online this morning and on the front page of MSN is the headline THE EPITOME OF CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT! I couldn't believe it and I took it as a serious sign. I was first discouraged because I was thinking that I was going to be slandered back with negative statements like don't like the treatment don't go to jail, and many others. And I will say that, that is a good way of avoiding any disturbing experience. But there is a thing as sentence and a place called prisons/correctional facilities/jails because there is the law, and if broken there is consequences. And is broken by all torts and types of persons, male, female, adult, teens, children, teachers, preachers, professional, educated, uneducated, immature/might I even say not brought up inadequitly, or abused in any sort. or the mentally challenged. with badge, of authority, some who are not given a chance to be rehabilitated and are just institutionalized, ilegal alien status, some not understanding the justice system or thier rights or maybe even trying to survive. And many others im sure. And theres those that get caught those that don't and those that are able to cheat perhaps maybe by there status or posistion in the legal system. know one really knows all. but they do know some and there is some that know they are not being fair or upstanding citizens, and are just as much breaking the law if not more then the ones they are holding to trial or judging or treating unfairly and hipocriticaly living there life. and I am not judging or accussing I am just going to let any and all who want to hear my true experience and things I have witnessed. And am not against the law and for criminals or against criminals and for the law, but for it to addressed fairly and with rights no matter what position your on. They say everybody has rights and all must obey the law. And if I was more educated could address this issue in further detail. But I will and can let you aware of some bothersome issues I have either witnessed or personally experienced or been in such a place to be made aware of or to have learned of..................continued to next posting/page
