It is extraordinary the way I find the attitude towards the complicated structure of the body regarded as if it were some machine for calories in and out.

Where do hormones fit into this?

I am sure exercise is beneficial for better circulation but that is all.

However the high fat mode of life that has made me lose 100 pounds does not include doing any sort of exercise. Counting calories and the idea of burning them simply does not have a place in this life style. Weight is regulated via the way the body has always done this: via its own hormones.Weight loss is all a matter of that grand hormone so terribly handled, your insuline.
