In the US and other countries where woman have equality with men, I can see how it favors women. However, in countries where women don't have that equality, it has made the treatment of women even worse, ironically. Women, being a scarcer resource, start to lose what freedoms they had and become more tightly controlled.

I'm so glad I live in the US.
