What I'm seeing on the Fray is that the Clinton supporters would be fine supporting Obama, but his supporters are meanspirited, so they can't. Well, that makes perfect sense, doesn't it? You wouldn't want to elect someone who has meanie supporters, would you? So voting for McCain is a great alternative when you consider how nice the GOP is. They treated Hillary great back in the 90's, I'm sure they'd have treated her the same now had she been the nominee.

Yes, if you hate Obama's supporters because they're mean, then the only logical alternative would be to back the Republican candidate for president (because they're so nice). That isn't silly at all.
