It all comes down to the fact that the LW expected the new boobs to make her happier about herself. It didn't work and now she is complaining about that. She should have considered more internal (attitude) modifications before she even though about changing the outside.

Augmentation or reduction isn't a quick fix for anything. Ask my wife. She is still healing from a reduction almost a year ago. Her back is definitely better, but she is not satisfied with the way they look (I like them, but her boobs were never part of the reasons I am with her in the first place). She feels out-of-proportion now, and wishes she would have tried harder to lose weight before she even considered the surgery.
