Being proud of having a lovely rack is one thing--having to deal with people shamelessly staring and commenting about it incessantly is an entirely different arena. I hope that you never have a female friend who has cosmetic surgery. I'd hate to think that you'd be out there, throwing out random comments about her breasts, perhaps even in public. Tact-less.
