Sure, we're fighting Jihadists now, but in the past hundred years it was mainly the Atheists who murdered millions of their own people in order to create a secular utopia that never arrived (e.g., the National Socialists, the Soviet Socialists, the Maoists, etc.).

No one ever killed anyone in the name of Atheism. Can't say the same for Jesus.
