Well, except for that part about wanting to turn the US into a theocracy by reconciling the constitution with the Bible (our Founding Deist Fathers were spinning in their graves), I think Huckabee was a pretty interesting guy. As crazy as it sounded, a flat consumption tax made some sense. And I've always liked him personally - he does come off as thoughtful and genuinely compassionate. But separation of church and state is so, so important - it's good for religion, too!
