Hence, because of this "highest quality" attitude in our design and construction, we have a "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" REPLACEMENT POLICY, meaning ,although very seldom, we realize as in all manufacturing of any product at times, issues can arise that are uncommon and a consumer may receive a lesser quality or defective item that may be beyond our control. In these, what have been extremely rare scenarios, we do not need the original chair returned, we will just send out a new, and individually inspected chair immediately, FREE OF CHARGE.
