The Federalist Society's lofty ideals -- at least the ones they peddle to the rubes -- wouldn't normally be expected to endorse finding for a vexatious litigant like Ricci, nor for casually breaking established precedent as was done in the Ricci case.

But hey -- the Federalist Five had their true political agenda to serve, so full speed ahead. Judical activism? That's only when the other guys do it.
